Seems to be a common thread running through most religions. I still have much study to do on some such as the religions of India. The Koran has a common thread of pre-destiny. Allah decrees all that is. Both good and evil, every step you take is written by the hand of Allah. The same could be said of Judaism and its later branch of Christianity, although here it is not so direct, yet implied based on interpretation. In Buddhism past and future have much less importance so therefore the common view is that nirvana is now all and everything.

I have reached my own particular view, a sort of personal religion. It is still in development but is becoming more and more concrete as time goes by. It is developed through many disciplines and study, as well as experimentation.
All is one all is connected. We are warriors for peace in the world. Justice and self sacrifice for the preservation of the innocent. Virtue and noble action. Self control and humbleness.
Maintaining health and balance in life. The pursuit of knowledge, disciplined study for the good of the world.
The world is sick, very sick. Work to become a ember of light in a dark decaying world.
